Stop Attacking Dr. Musenero - Museveni Warns Parliament

President Museveni has warned Parliament against attacking the Minister of Science, Technology, and Innovation, Dr. Monica Musenero, over the alleged misuse of money that was meant to carry out COVID-19 innovations.

The President revealed this as he closed the science week at kololo independence grounds.

Earlier Deputy Speaker Anita Among named the members of the Selected Committee to investigate the allegations against Dr. Musenero on the use of UGX. 31 billion that was meant for COVID-19 vaccine development.

The committee will be chaired by Hon. Xavier Kyooma, with Paul Omara, Aisha Kabanda, Solomon Silwany, and Tony Awany as members. They are expected to report within two weeks.
