BREAKING: Mulago National Referral Hospital Executive Directo Dr. Byarugaba Baterana has been arrested by the State House Health Monitoring Unit.

According to a source, the State House Health Monitoring Unit is questioning the ED of Mulago Hospital, Dr Byarugaba Baterana about drug procurement processes, human resource management, among others, as it investigates poor management at the institution.
