President Museveni said the government would not intervene in inflation or skyrocketed prices of essential goods , which was difficult for residents forcing them to expect the government to address the problem.
Speaking at a Parliamentary caucus of the National Resistance Movement (NRM) on Tuesday, Mr Museveni pointed out that prices had been distorted due to the collapse of the Covid-19 economic sector which had led to measures to be taken. .
