The failure of the UGX 16 billion water system recently launched by the Department of Water and Environmental Affairs in Dokolo District has revealed the shaky role played. This is the second time the pipes have exploded.
This comes at a time when the residents of Dokolo Town are still concerned about the low water supply of their residents.
The plan was aimed at increasing access to clean water in the town of Dokolo and surrounding villages.
